Explore Our Advanced Clothing Craft Technology

We mainly use the following four cutting techniques to ensure your body shaping results.

Integrated fabric

Integrated fabric technology combines various techniques and materials into a single fabric, designed to closely conform to the body's curves and physiological needs, significantly enhancing comfort. It typically features high elasticity, strong stretch, comfortable pressure, strong encapsulation, and softness against the skin.

Lamination Introduce

Lamination Introduce uses precise seam technology to reduce friction between lingerie and the skin, minimizing wear and irritation for a more comfortable wear experience. Seam-free fitting technology eliminates the need for seams in critical areas like the neck, waist, and hips, avoiding the discomfort that traditional sewn lingerie may cause.

Liquid Spandex

Liquid spandex is an innovative technology that involves converting spandex (a highly elastic synthetic fiber that usually exists in fiber form) into a liquid state so that it can be applied directly to textiles through processes such as screen printing, enhances garment performance and comfort by providing targeted support where it's most needed, catering to consumers' demands for both movement and specific support. This process boasts excellent elasticity, allowing for a stretch of 4-7 times its original length.

Multi-panel 3D cutting

Multi-panel 3D cutting is a complex fashion design technique that begins with a pattern divided into multiple fabric pieces. Each piece is cut and shaped around a mannequin to precisely follow the body's curves, designed to contour the natural lines of the bust, waist, hips, and shoulders for a tailored and personalized fit. Once cut and shaped, the pieces are carefully sewn together to maintain the three-dimensional form, with seams discreetly placed for a seamless appearance. This technique offers high flexibility, often used in high-end custom clothing to achieve an impeccable fit and flattering silhouette. Time-consuming and labor-intensive, the result is a garment with a level of fit and comfort unmatched by mass-produced clothing.
