Before I ordered the neck support, I read all the reviews. I am really glad I didn't go with the reviews with criticism. This is such a helpful device for anyone with neck issues - arthritis is mine.Wear reading, doing art, texting, all activity requiring looking down. The head is well supported on the adjustable chin rest, which is really comfortable (contrary to one review). That support keeps the weight of your head off the cervical muscles and spine - as described. My posture seems better since having this support. Its great.

This neck brace support has been priceless to me as I suffer from khyposis and this has been so far the only device that’s really supporting my neck from falling down on my chest. Whoever designed this, a BIG thank you. Tomorrow I’ll be taking it to work!
